Dear Parent(s)/Guardian(s),

Thank you for signing up for Parent Teacher Conferences on Thursday, December 3, 2020. Please see the instructions below. 

To log into the meeting, please use your child's chromebook and from the portal go to Google Meet or in the url type: meet.google.com. Click on join a meeting and enter your child's student id number leading with the letters stu (stu234567).  

Please contact the office if you need your student's id number (330) 761-7911. Please call the office before 4:30pm today.  

Places to find your student's ID# (ask your student, look at log in from chromebook, report card, interim report)

Each Conference will last no longer than 10 minutes.

1.  Log in to student's chromebook. Go to the portal. Type in the search: Google Meet or select Google Apps at the top. Select the Google Met icon shown  below.

2.  Enter your student's ID# starting with stu (ex. stu234567). Click continue. Click Join now. Join now will not show unless the teacher is present. 

3.  Click Join or start a meeting (your meeting will not allow you to join until the teacher is present.  Please wait until your time to try to log in.
