Celebrating Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

Second graders at Barber CLC read Martin's Big Words in celebration of MLK Day. They learned how he taught others about the power of love, doing what is right,  and equality. Today we are still learning how to do all three. In our virtual learning environment, Mrs. Campbell and Mrs. Corle invited students to respond to Dr. Martin Luther King Jr's powerful words using sticky notes on this JamBoard. Take a look at what they had to say. My favorite is "like + like some more = love".
